The location was convenient. It provided straightforward access to local attractions.
the conditions were subpar. I found hair on the floor upon arrival, which required requesting a mop. the absence of hand soap was a persistent issue. I had to ask for it repeatedly .

the single room i had featured a very pure aesthetic and a lovely terrace. the view from the 5th floor was beautiful and the bed was quite comfortable (i slept very well). i appreciated the inclusion of a clothes rack, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.
The breakfast lacked variety in savory options. I would have appreciated some vegetables.

I appreciated the staff's friendliness at the reception. they were helpful with directions and local tips. my room had a sun terrace. It had a lounger. the hotel also had a gym, a plus for keeping up with my routine.
the noise from other guests leaving their rooms in the morning was disruptive. i could hear doors slamming and muffled conversations.

This location is near everything. It had good value. Staff members at the reception IS very helpful. They helped me with directions and local tips, which I appreciated a LOT.
The hotel's air freshener smell was strong. I notice this particularly in the hallways. Perhaps a milder scent would be BETTER.

The room was clean and well-equipped with all the required facilities. I was surprised to find a balcony attached to my room.
The staff at the front desk were not helpful. I asked to change to a different room willing to pay extra, but I was told 'all beds are the same'. I found this hard to believe. The shower screen was broken, so water leaked everywhere.
